With my many years of experience, 24 of them in self-employment, I advise my clients from a wide variety of industries.
After my Business Administration studies I gained twelve years of experience in recruiting and personnel development in renowned companies and corporations. This well-founded practice forms the basis of my consulting work today – characterized by strategic thinking, entrepreneurial understanding, and a clear focus on the further development of talents and organizations.
I have been working as an independent consultant since 2001, after a one-year coaching training at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. My focus is on the topics of recruiting, talent and organizational development, as well as team development. I integrate current impulses, scientific findings, and practice-oriented methods to design individual solutions for my clients.
In addition, I am a lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and was previously a lecturer at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences – a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, promote young talents, and connect current trends in science and practice.
